Product development

1) What is product development? 

Product development refers to the creation of new styles and collections based on new designs, sketches or tech packs. The desgin can be provided by you or by our design team as per your request. You can click Contact Us to submit your new ideas.

2) The purpose of the product development? 

The outcome of the product development is a sample (a pair of shoes), the sample can be used as a reference to show what the final production will look like? Once you approve the sample, the sample can be shown to the retail buyers, exbited at trade shows or on your website & social media for pre-orders.

3) What is needed to start product development?

The first step to getting started is the prototyping stage which is part of our Startup Package. This stage will be consist of:

Technical consultation

2D Pattern making & size grading

Shoe last development

Material and components sourcing

Metal stamping dies for your brand label

Trial Shoe prototype

Pair of Final Sample as per your requirements

4) Can I use existing shoe last to save cost? 

We do not reuse shoe lasts already produced by other brands as this is involved in the intellectual property protection. We make unique shoe last for each pair of new shoes as this is key to their success and differentiation from the competition.

5) What is the lead time for product developement? 

Generally speaking, it takes 15-20 working days. But the actual leadtime may take longer, it depends on the complexity of the design, how particular your materials are and how long the sourcing phase takes.

Production

1)What is our product development process?

The Production process is more than just the assembly of shoes. It includes several steps such as material and accessories procurement, manufacturing of all the components and tools, shoe last making in all sizes, cutting dies, hardware, outsole molds and heel development among several other steps that help setup the production line for your collection. It also includes briefing the craftsmen working on your collection, lab testing, wear testing, quality control inspections, labeling, packaging, equipment checks and production scheduling before the products are prepared for shipment.

2) What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? 

The MOQ depends on many factors, such as the shoe design, the materials, custom components, etc.For footwear, we support small MOQs such as 100 pairs per style, with multiple sizes of your choice.3) What is the manufacturing lead time? Generally, it takes around 30 working days to complete the production.4) Can I see my shoes in production? Of course you can visit our factory at your own expense, and you just need to inform us in advance, and we will help make the corresponding arrangements.

1) What type of products do you manufacturer? 

We produce a large variety of products which are range from dress shoes, sneakers, loafers, boots, high heels, slippers, sandles etc. 

2) How long has your factory been around? 

Our factory has been built since 1996 and we have been specializing in shoe-making industry for over 27 years.

3) Where is your company located? 

No. 2 Shiheng Road, Yuanxia Memorial Archway Street East, Taihe Town, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. 

4) Do you provide drop shipping? 

Yes, drop shipping is available for clients that sign up an agreement with us. Kindly email us to discuss details for a drop shipping model.

5) Can we work remotely with you? 

Yes, you can surely work with us remotely. All our staff members are fluent in English and are easy to communicate with. We cater to clients from all around the world. We generally use Whatsapp and some social meidas such as facebook, twitter, ins etc. to communicate and share weekly updates. 

1) Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we ship all products worldwide, please contact us to get a shipping quote.

2) My feet are different sizes. Can you modify my shoes to fit properly? 

As part of our custom shoemaking process, we make shoe lasts as per the clients foot measurements. This means, the final shoes you will receive will be true to your actual size for both the left and right foot. We can also modify your existing designer shoes to make adjustments and repairs.
